Robotics Teaching Lab

The Robotics Lab dedicated to teaching is located in the first floor of the 1D wing of the SIST building - room number 1D-107.

The lab will be used for graduate and undergraduate courses in robotics. It features two configurations:

  • In the classroom configuration up to 38 students can listen to lectures. If the class has fewer students the tables can be rearranged into other configurations that allow closer interaction.
  • In the experimental configuration 7 workstations are available which each can host up to 5 students. Each workstation consists has a big experimentation table with power and wired network access and additionally makes use of one of the classroom tables. The surplus tables can be folded and moved for compact storage. There is then thus lots of free space for experiments with mobile robots.
